Why App Rejection Fix exists
A rejection notice is a symptom. Behind “Guideline 5.1.1” or “User Data policy” there is a concrete thing — an SDK sending identifiers, a login the reviewer could not pass, a subscription screen missing its terms, an app that really is too thin. Developers are usually told what the guideline says and left to guess what to change. We built this service to close that gap: diagnosis first, then a clear recommendation, then the technical work if it is needed.
Operated by Keshav Infotech
App Rejection Fix is operated by Keshav Infotech, a software development partnership firm based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, established in 2008 with a 70+ in-house team. The team covers Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Unity, web and backend development, QA and UI/UX, plus AI integrations. That range matters here: rejection causes cut across platforms, and fixing them often means touching the backend, the store configuration and the app at the same time.
This site is deliberately narrow. It is about app rejections, removals, suspensions and testing problems, and about the publishing work that sits next to them — updates blocked by a store requirement, signing and upload failures, and app transfers between accounts. It is not a general agency brochure.
Diagnose. Explain. Fix. Prepare.
| Step | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Diagnose | Map the notice to the actual policy or guideline, then to the concrete element in the app, listing, declarations or SDKs that triggered it |
| Explain | Tell you in plain English what the finding means, whether it is correct, and what the realistic options are |
| Fix | Implement legitimate code, configuration, privacy, payment, reviewer-access or metadata changes, and test them on release builds |
| Prepare | Resubmission checklist, review notes, evidence for a reply or appeal — and honesty about what is not fixable |
The step-by-step version of that — what the free initial review covers, when implementation is quoted, what we need from you and what we never ask for — is on how we work. Five worked examples of the diagnosis itself are in the sample diagnoses.
Technical capability
- Android (Kotlin / Java), iOS (Swift / Objective-C), Flutter, React Native, Unity
- Backend and API work: reviewer allow-lists, account deletion, entitlement handling, environment reachability
- SDK audits, permission and data-flow reviews, privacy manifests and declarations
- StoreKit and Google Play Billing implementation, subscriptions, restore
- QA on real devices with release builds; store configuration in Play Console and App Store Connect
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee approval, reinstatement, production access or appeal success, and we do not quote success percentages. We do not fabricate testing evidence, feedback, reviews or documents. We do not hide functionality from reviewers, build reviewer-detection logic, or set up replacement accounts to evade enforcement. Anyone offering those things is offering to get your account terminated.
Independent service
App Rejection Fix is an independent service operated by Keshav Infotech and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or an official support service of Google LLC or Apple Inc. We have no special channel to reviewers. Every recommendation is based on the published policies and guidelines and on engineering.
Methodology
- Exact text first. We work from the notice as written, plus screenshots, never from a paraphrase.
- Policy mapping. Each finding is mapped to the current official policy or guideline, which we link on every relevant page.
- Technical evidence. Where the cause could be technical, we look at the build: SDKs, manifests, network behaviour, purchase flows, review path.
- One recommendation. Fix, reply, resubmit or appeal — with the evidence each needs.
- Scoped work. If development is required, you get a scope and cost before anything starts.
Policy freshness
Google and Apple change their policies regularly. Every policy-sensitive page on this site shows a “last verified” date and links the official source. We maintain those dates in source control and review them on a schedule; if a page looks stale, the official source linked on it is the authority.
Related service: 12RealTesters
Some Google Play cases — a fraction of the ones we see — genuinely need another qualifying closed test with real people after the underlying issue is fixed. For those, 12RealTesters.com, a related Keshav Infotech service, provides managed Google Play closed testing. App Rejection Fix and 12RealTesters are distinct: one diagnoses and fixes, the other tests. We never recommend a new test by default.
