App Rejection Fix

Contact Us About a Google Play or App Store Rejection

Two routes, depending on what you need.

General question

For a rejection, use the submission form instead — it captures what we need.

Do not include passwords, signing keys, keystores, API secrets, recovery codes, payment credentials or personal data belonging to your users. We do not need any of these to review a rejection and we will ask you to remove them if they are included.

Messages are read by a person on our team and answered by email. If your question is about a specific rejection or a blocked update, the free review form gets you a technical answer faster, because it asks for what an engineer needs.

What to include

  • The platform (Google Play or App Store) and the exact wording of the notice, if you have one
  • Your app’s technology (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Unity, web wrapper) and whether it is live or new
  • What you have already tried — resubmissions, replies or appeals — and their outcome
  • Your reference number if you already submitted a rejection

We reply by email. The initial review is free and does not commit you to anything.
