App Rejection Fix

Terms of Service

Last updated:

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of apprejectionfix.com (the “Site”) and the services described on it (the “Service”), operated by Keshav Infotech (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or submitting a rejection for review you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service consists of (a) informational content about Google Play and Apple App Store rejections, removals, suspensions and testing requirements; (b) an automated Rejection Decoder; (c) an initial review of rejection notices you submit; and (d) where separately agreed, technical diagnosis, development, configuration and resubmission-preparation work. Items (a)–(c) are provided as information and orientation. Item (d) is provided under an individual service agreement.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Review, approval, reinstatement, production-access and appeal decisions are made solely by Google LLC and Apple Inc. We do not guarantee, promise or predict any outcome, and we do not state success rates. Nothing on the Site or in our communications should be read as a guarantee.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and the actual text of notices you have received.
  • Do not send passwords, signing keys, API secrets, recovery codes, payment credentials or your users’ personal data.
  • Ensure you have the right to share the materials you submit.
  • Remain responsible for your app, your developer accounts and your compliance with platform policies.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to obtain or request: fabricated testing evidence, feedback, reviews or documents; techniques to detect or deceive reviewers; hidden or switchable functionality intended to pass review; replacement accounts or listings intended to evade enforcement; or any assistance with content or conduct that violates platform policies or law. We will refuse and may terminate engagements that involve these.

5. Third-party platforms

Google Play and the App Store are operated by Google LLC and Apple Inc. respectively. We are independent of both, have no affiliation with or authority from either, and cannot influence their decisions. Their policies change; content on the Site reflects our understanding as of the “last verified” date shown on each policy-sensitive page.

6. Project and development scope

Any technical work is defined in a written scope agreed before work starts, including deliverables, timeline, access requirements and fees. Work outside the agreed scope requires a new agreement. Access to code, stores or infrastructure is granted by you and may be revoked by you at any time.

7. Intellectual property

Content on the Site is owned by Keshav Infotech and may not be reproduced without permission, except for brief quotation with attribution. Code and deliverables produced under a service agreement are governed by that agreement; unless it says otherwise, deliverables become yours on full payment and we retain rights to our pre-existing tools and know-how.

8. Submitted materials

You grant us a limited licence to use the materials you submit for the purpose of reviewing your case and delivering the Service. We handle them as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Case-study permission

We publish case studies only with your express permission recorded on your submission (“anonymous only” or “named allowed”) and only after you approve the text. You may withdraw permission before publication.

10. Fees and refunds

The initial rejection review is free. If technical work is required, we provide a written quote before work begins. Payment timing, milestones, cancellation terms and any refund terms are stated in the individual quote, order or service agreement for that engagement; no refund is owed unless that agreement provides for it. You are not required to proceed after the initial review.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and the Service are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that content is complete or current, that the Decoder’s classification is correct, or that any recommendation will lead to a particular result. Content is not legal advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including lost revenue, lost apps or lost accounts, arising from use of the Site or the Service. Our total liability for any paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement; for use of the free Site and the free initial review, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Questions: hello@apprejectionfix.com.
