• Core features were never exercised during the test
• The app still looks unfinished (placeholders, broken links, crashes)

What to check

• Analytics or logs showing tester activity per feature
• The answers you gave on the application form
• Feedback you actually collected and the changes you shipped
• Whether the store listing, privacy policy and Data safety form match the current app

Fix, reply or appeal guidance

• Do not simply repeat the same 14 days; design a test that produces evidence
• Reapply with specific, truthful answers backed by data
• Fix readiness issues before reapplying
• Never fabricate feedback or engagement
